A bounced email, invalid contact, known duplicate or clearly incorrect match does not count and will be replaced.

Does category exclusivity expand with the Growth, Expansion and Nationwide plans?

Yes. Teebox may approve a written content exchange when production resources are reasonably equivalent, such as replacing two reels with one longer promotional video. Changes must be approved before production and do not increase the total annual production allocation.

Local travel within the sponsor's approved production area is included when stated in the agreement. Airfare, lodging, long-distance ground travel, permits, premium locations, talent, props and specialty equipment are not included unless specifically listed. No. Drone footage is provided only when the location, airspace, weather, safety conditions, property permission, scheduling and applicable regulations allow it. If drone capture is unavailable, Teebox may substitute additional ground-based B-roll of comparable production value.

No. It guarantees consideration and scheduling access for up to two suitable opportunities. Publication remains subject to recording completion, editorial standards, technical quality, scheduling and platform requirements.

The sponsor receives one reasonable review round for factual accuracy and brand details on each primary video, article or campaign. The sponsor must respond within five business days unless a different deadline is agreed. Additional revision rounds, major changes after approval or reshoots caused by sponsor-requested changes may require an additional fee.
