A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, SPONSORSHIP OR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH TEEBOX MEDIA WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.** ### 1. Sponsor and Prize Provider The **Teebox Media Pebble Beach Golf Experience Sweepstakes** (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by **Teebox Media, LLC** (“Sponsor”). **Sponsor Address:** Teebox Media, LLC 7901 4th Street N, 3rd Flr St. Petersburg, FL 33702 727-776-4737 **Teebox Growth Partners, LLC** (“Prize Provider”) will fund the applicable prize structure described in these Official Rules. The role of Prize Provider does not alter an entrant's eligibility, method of entry, odds of winning or winner-selection process. ### 2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the **50 United States and District of Columbia** who are at least **18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence** at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and representatives of Sponsor and Prize Provider, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. ### 3. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes begins at **12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time on August 20, 2026** and ends at **11:59:59 P.M. Eastern Time on December 31, 2026** (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor's systems will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. ### 4. How to Enter During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the designated Teebox Media landing page and complete the Sweepstakes entry form. The form asks entrants three brief questions concerning their business-growth objectives and requires the following information: * Name * Company Name * Email Address * Phone Number * Acceptance of these Official Rules There is **no purchase, payment, sponsorship or business relationship required to enter or win**. Limit **one (1) entry per eligible person** during the Sweepstakes Period. Purchasing a Teebox Media product or service, becoming a sponsor, scheduling a meeting, becoming a customer, accepting a business introduction or otherwise doing business with Sponsor or Prize Provider will not increase an entrant's chances of winning. Consent to receive marketing communications is **optional and is not required to enter or win**. ### 5. Prize Structure and 50-Entry Threshold The Sweepstakes has two possible prize structures based solely upon the total number of eligible entries received by the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. #### If 50 or More Eligible Entries Are Received If Sponsor receives **fifty (50) or more eligible entries** by 11:59:59 P.M. Eastern Time on December 31, 2026, Teebox Growth Partners, LLC will secure and pay for the **Teebox Golf Experience at Pebble Beach Resorts** described in Section 6. One (1) Grand Prize winner will then be randomly selected from **all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period**. #### If Fewer Than 50 Eligible Entries Are Received If Sponsor receives **fewer than fifty (50) eligible entries** by 11:59:59 P.M. Eastern Time on December 31, 2026, the Pebble Beach Grand Prize will not be awarded. Instead, **each eligible entrant will receive one (1) $100 gift card** and may select either a **Golf Galaxy** gift card or **PGA TOUR Superstore** gift card, subject to availability and the applicable retailer's terms and conditions. The identity of the person submitting the 50th eligible entry has **no bearing whatsoever on winner selection** and provides that entrant with no additional entry, advantage or increased odds of winning. Reaching 50 eligible entries before December 31, 2026 does not end the Sweepstakes. Eligible entries will continue to be accepted through the stated conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. ### 6. Grand Prize - If 50 or More Eligible Entries Are Received If at least fifty (50) eligible entries are received during the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a: ## TEEBOX GOLF EXPERIENCE AT PEBBLE BEACH RESORTS The Grand Prize is a **3-day / 2-night golf experience** intended to include: * Two (2) nights of accommodations at **The Lodge at Pebble Beach** * One (1) round of golf at **Pebble Beach Golf Links** * One (1) round of golf at **Spyglass Hill Golf Course** * Up to **$1,000 toward the winner's round-trip airfare** **Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000** Only those components expressly identified in these Official Rules are included. The airfare component is limited to a maximum reimbursement or allowance of **$1,000**. Any airfare expense exceeding $1,000 is the responsibility of the winner. Unless expressly included above, ground transportation, meals, beverages, caddie fees and gratuities, resort charges, baggage fees, parking, personal expenses, travel insurance, upgrades and other incidental expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Travel dates and golf reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, resort requirements and other applicable restrictions. The winner must possess all identification and documentation necessary for travel. The Grand Prize is non-transferable prior to award and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion or where required by law. If a specifically identified prize component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value where permitted by law. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance of the Grand Prize. ### 7. Alternate Prize Structure - If Fewer Than 50 Eligible Entries Are Received If fewer than fifty (50) eligible entries are received during the Sweepstakes Period, **every eligible entrant will receive one (1) $100 gift card** instead of the Pebble Beach Grand Prize. Each eligible entrant may select one of the following: * One (1) **$100 Golf Galaxy gift card**; or * One (1) **$100 PGA TOUR Superstore gift card**. The Approximate Retail Value of each alternate prize is **$100**. The total value of prizes awarded under this alternate prize structure will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. For example, if forty (40) eligible entries are received, forty (40) $100 gift cards will be awarded, representing an aggregate prize value of $4,000. Gift cards are subject to the issuing retailer's applicable terms, conditions and restrictions. If a selected retailer's gift card becomes unavailable, Sponsor or Prize Provider may provide a gift card or equivalent prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law. Golf Galaxy and PGA TOUR Superstore are not sponsors, administrators or endorsers of this Sweepstakes unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. ### 8. Grand Prize Winner Selection If fifty (50) or more eligible entries are received, following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, **one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period**. Every eligible entry will have an equal chance of selection. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or an independent third party designated by Sponsor. **Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.** The person submitting the 50th eligible entry receives **no special advantage** in the drawing. If fewer than fifty (50) eligible entries are received, there will be no random Grand Prize drawing because every eligible entrant will receive the alternate prize described in Section 7. ### 9. Winner Notification and Verification If fifty (50) or more eligible entries are received, the potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number supplied with the entry. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release where lawful, tax documentation and other reasonable prize-verification documents. The potential winner must respond within **five (5) business days** following Sponsor's initial notification attempt. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may disqualify that person and randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. No entrant will be considered the official Grand Prize winner until Sponsor has verified eligibility. If fewer than fifty (50) eligible entries are received, Sponsor will contact eligible entrants regarding selection and delivery of their $100 gift cards. ### 10. Winner Announcement If fifty (50) or more eligible entries are received, Sponsor intends to announce the verified Grand Prize winner during an upcoming **Teebox Media livestream and/or YouTube show**. The winner may also be announced through Sponsor's website, social-media channels and other Teebox Media communications. **The winner does not need to watch or participate in the livestream to win.** The livestream is an announcement vehicle only and does not affect winner selection or odds of winning. Where legally permitted, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to identify the winner by name, city and state in connection with administration and promotion of the Sweepstakes without additional compensation. ### 11. Marketing Communications Entering the Sweepstakes does not require an entrant to agree to receive promotional or marketing communications. Entrants may separately choose to provide the following permission: **“Yes, Teebox Media may contact me about personal introductions, business-growth opportunities, events and other Teebox programs.”** This permission is **optional and has no effect on eligibility, prize entitlement or odds of winning**. Declining marketing consent will not prevent an otherwise eligible entrant from entering the Sweepstakes or receiving a prize. ### 12. Taxes Prize recipients are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with their prizes. Sponsor or Prize Provider may require information or documentation reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable tax-reporting obligations. ### 13. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process, submit fraudulent, duplicate or automated entries, violate these Official Rules or interfere with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject otherwise valid entries. Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, unauthorized intervention or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval. Sponsor and Prize Provider will administer the Sweepstakes in good faith and in accordance with these Official Rules. ### 14. Release and Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Provider and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of a prize. Nothing in these Official Rules waives rights that cannot legally be waived. ### 15. Pebble Beach Disclaimer **Pebble Beach Resorts and its owners, operators and affiliated entities are not sponsors, administrators or endorsers of this Sweepstakes and are not affiliated with Teebox Media or Teebox Growth Partners, LLC in connection with this promotion unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.** “Pebble Beach,” “Pebble Beach Resorts,” “Pebble Beach Golf Links,” “Spyglass Hill” and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. ### 16. Retailer Disclaimer **Golf Galaxy and PGA TOUR Superstore are not sponsors, administrators or endorsers of this Sweepstakes and are not affiliated with Teebox Media or Teebox Growth Partners, LLC in connection with this promotion unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.** All retailer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. ### 17. Social Media Disclaimer This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with **LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other social-media platform** unless expressly stated otherwise. ### 18. Privacy Information collected through the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact entrants as permitted, select and verify the Grand Prize winner when applicable, fulfill prizes and for other purposes described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Optional marketing consent will be treated separately from Sweepstakes entry. ### 19. Governing Law Except where prohibited or superseded by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the **State of Florida**.
