No Compensation Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participants acknowledge that no compensation, royalties, commissions, licensing fees, or future payments shall be owed for the use of any recorded content, photographs, videos, interviews, or promotional materials. Participant Representations You represent that: You are at least 18 years of age or have appropriate parental or legal guardian consent. You have the legal authority to grant the rights described herein. Any information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Your participation does not violate any agreement, confidentiality obligation, or legal restriction. User Submitted Content Any photographs, videos, logos, graphics, testimonials, articles, comments, or other materials submitted to Teebox Media may be used for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes. You affirm that you own or have permission to submit such content. Contest Participation Participants in contests, giveaways, hole-in-one challenges, promotional events, and prize drawings may be photographed, interviewed, recorded, and publicly recognized as winners or participants.
